This revision has been filed against the judgement and order dated 13.9.2001 passed by learned II-Addl. Session Judge, Faizabad in criminal revision No. 107 of 2000 whereby the revision has been allowed and order dated 3.6.2000 passed by learned S.D.M. Sohawal under section 135 Cr.P.C. in case No. 9/30/40/16 has been set aside.
From the perusal of the impugned order it appears that learned revisional court has considered all the facts and circumstances of the case. The revisional court has not committed any error in passed the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.
According this revision is dismissed.
