Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge is FIR relating to case crime no. 171 of 2010 under Sections 323,504,452,395 and 427 I.P.C., Police Station Gudamba district Lucknow.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR which disclose commission of cognizable offence, as such the same cannot be quashed.
The writ petitoin is misconceived and is dismissed.
However, it is provided that if the petitioner nos.1 and 2 being ladies, surrender and move an application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the court below by giving them benefit of Section 437 Cr.P.C. So far as petitioner no.3 is concerned, it is provided that if he surrenders and moves an application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the court below, expeditiously.
