JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Prayer for bail has been made by appellant Su Devi, who has been convicted under sections 302/34 and 201 I.P.C. to undergo maximum sentence of life imprisonment with total fine of Rs. 3000/- by Additional Sessions Judge, Lucknow , Court No. 4, in Sessions Trial No. 50/06,arising out of case Crime No. 219/05, P.S. Aliganj.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that appellant is an old lady, who has been awarded the maximum sentence.
On the other hand, learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and has stated that according to the allegation made in the prosecution case, dead body was found in the house of the named accused who was residing with the appellant.
Considering the role of the accused-appellant, we are of the opinion that the appellant is not entitled to be released on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
Office is directed to prepare paper book and list the appeal for final hearing in the first week of July, 2012.
