Opposite party no. 3, Shyam Lal Yadav along with his daughter Ms Shipra Yadav is present before this Court.
It has been alleged by Lalji Verma that Ms Shipra Yadav had married to him and her father has detained her illegally.
On being asked, Ms Shipra Yadav stated that she knew Lalji Verma as he was her friend and she did not marry with him. She wants to live with her father where she is living on her own free-will.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as well as the order of lower court.
What she had stated in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. is not necessary but the thing is that she categorically states that she wants to live with her father only, as such, the petition is devoid of merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
