Till the next date of listing or till submission of Charge-sheet whichever is earlier, petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 213 of 2010, under Sections 307,506 & 120B IPC, P.S. Hasanganj, district -Lucknow.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that respondent no. 3 apprehends for his life who is aged about 90 years old and is a retired I.A.S. Officer of this State. Keeping in view the statement made by the respondent no. 3, S.S.P./D.I.G. Lucknow is directed to ensure that no physical harm may cause to respondent no. 3 and if it is necessary, provide him appropriate security.
