JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
Petition has been filed against the order whereby amendment application of the plaintiff-opposite party has been allowed in the suit filed for permanent injunction.
Petitioner's revision thereagainst has been dismissed whereafter the present writ petition has been filed.
Issue notice to opposite parties returnable at an early date.
Petitioner may also effect service upon opposite parties by means of Dasti notices for which Dasti notices shall be issued by office upon payment of usual charges.
List in the week commencing 27.11.2021, as a fresh case.
