The petitioner confines her relief to an early disposal of a suit for declaration of title and possession. It is reported that the evidence in the suit has already been recorded and only the final arguments remain. 2. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of O.S.No.339/2006 at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit on or before 31.7.2014 in the circumstances. It is open to the court below to send back the records in Appeal No.B-5277/06 to the Revenue Divisional Office after pronouncing judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
