JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the wife of a borrower from the 1st respondent Bank. The original borrower expired and the 1st respondent proceeded against the property of the petitioner's husband for recovery of the amounts due in the loan account. Petitioner confronted with the recovery steps against the property, was before the Bank claiming some relief insofar as the interest and penal interest due from the account. Petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation before the 1st respondent. The petitioner prays that the same may be considered and till then, the recovery steps may be kept in abeyance. 2. On the short facts detailed above, it is only proper that the 1st respondent consider Ext.P2 and after assessing the situation of the WP(C).12152/14 2 petitioner, grant any relief possible in the matter. Same shall be done after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month from today. Petitioner shall produce a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the I.A before the 1st respondent. Recovery shall be kept in abeyance till Ext.P2 is considered.
Writ petition disposed of.
