Heard Sri Brij Raj Tripathi, learned counsel for the revisionists, learned A.G.A. and SRi Vikram Sonal Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionists and Opposite party that both the parties have entered into compromise so revision has become infructuous.
Therefore, the interim order dated 6.11.2001 is hereby vacated.
Accordingly this revision is disposed of.
