JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is really unfortunate that the alleged kidnappee could not be recovered for the last about 10 years.
Let a specific counter affidavit be filed by the State in respect of the latest progress/ status within two weeks. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that after investigation final report has been submitted.
List on 09.03.2010.
Meanwhile a latest progress/status report in respect of the aforesaid final report be also obtained from the C.J.M., Sultanpur. Order Date :- 3.2.2010 PAL/
