JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
Since both these writ petitions arise out of the one and the same crime number i.e. 79 of 2010 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Umari Begamganj, District Gonda, they are being taken up and heard together.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR. Since it discloses commission of cognizable offence as such the same cannot be quashed.
The petitions are misconceived and are hereby dismissed.
However, it is provided that if the petitioners of the aforesaid writ petitions, namely, Smt. Radha Devi and Sanjeev Srivastava, surrender and move application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the courts below.
