Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 14.12.2004 passed by S.D.M. Mohammadi, District Lakhimpur Kheri whereby the domicile certificate has been cancelled.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case opportunity of being heard has not been provided to the petitioner, it is directed that in case petitioner moves application with regard to his grievance before the District Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri, who shall look into the matter and decide the controversy in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
