As per direction of this Court, learned Standing Counsel produced the relevant record. Upon perusal of which I find that the application form as well as mark sheet of High School available in the Office are different to the application as well as the mark sheet brought on record, contained in annexure nos. 3 and 4 to the writ petition.
However, before proceeding to adjudicate upon the issue, learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of instructions of the petitioner made request to permit her to withdraw the writ petition.
Considering the request as above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the respondents have been dragged into litigation unnecessarily on the basis of the forged documents, the permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted with costs of Rs.2000/- which shall be deposited by the petitioner within a week. The opposite party no. 3 shall be entitled to withdraw the amount in favor of the department as costs of litigation.
