None appears on behalf of the respondents. Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.
From the perusal of the record it appears that by the impugned judgement, order of the conviction has been passed in which some of the accused persons have been acquitted. Two revisions have been filed challenging the order of the conviction as well as the order by which the accused persons have been acquitted. Against the order of the conviction the accused persons have filed the Criminal Appeal No. 731 of 2000 and 758 of 2000, the same has been admitted, therefore, the hearing of the above revision may also be done along with the above mentioned criminal appeal.
In such circumstances, the present revision is admitted.
