Smt.Nirmala Dwivedi vs State Of U.P.Through Secy Bal ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|11 January, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the relief claimed in the instant writ petition but restricts his prayer only to the extent that he has raised his grievance by filing a representation but till date the same is pending disposal and as such, interest of justice would suffice, if the opposite party No. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 1.12.2004, expeditiously, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the opposite party No.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 1.12.2004, expeditiously.
