In pursuance of the advertisement dated 1.8.2012 for the post of Mahila Welfare Counselor, the petitioner applied. The appointment was to be made on the basis of the interview.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the interview was fixed on 5.10.2012 and the date of interview has been published in Newspaper Amar Ujala on 5.10.2012 itself. It was impossible for the petitioner and other candidates to know about the date of interview and to reach the place of interview in short period.
Prima facie, the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner has substance.
Sri Pankaj Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submitted that he may be allowed some time to seek instruction.
Put up on 30.10.2012 as fresh. Meanwhile, the appointment may not be made in pursuance of the interview dated 510.2012.
