Heard Shri Rohit Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Arun Kumar Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2 and Shri Vishal Dixit, Advocate, who has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent No.3, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that on 26.08.2019, a notice has been issued to the respondent No.3 for depositing the amount in compliance of the order dated 01.08.2018 passed in Complaint Case No.320187813 (Smt. Nandu Yadav vs. M/s.Fortune Proptech Pvt. Ltd.).
In view of the aforesaid, it is provided that the whole process regarding enforcement of the aforesaid order will be completed within two months from today.
In the aforesaid circumstances, nothing survive in this writ petition. We hope and expect that the respondent No.1 shall enforce the aforesaid order within the aforesaid period of two months.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition disposed of.
