JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This is second bail application. The Crl. Misc. First Bail Application has been rejected by this court on 30.10.2013 after considering the merits of the case.
From the perusal of the second bail application it reveals that the grounds taken therein touching the merits of the case has already been considered at the time of disposal of first bail application. There is no good ground to release the applicant on bail. The prayer for bail is refused.
Accordingly this bail application is rejected.
