Heard parties.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the pleadings that the petitioners are major and they have entered into marriage out of their own free choice.
Admittedly, FIR has been lodged by opposite party no. 7 at police station Kavinagar, district Ghaziabad which falls within the jurisdiction of this Court at Allahabad. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be transmitted to Allahabad. He further prays that he be permitted to amend the petition by making prayer for quashing of the aforesaid FIR.
Let him do so within a week.
If the amendment is incorporated by the learned counsel for the petitoner within one week, the record of the petitoin shall be transmitted to Allahabad for being placed before the appropriate Court, as agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on 5th July 2010.
