Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the detenue Smt. Ivy Lata Bora Shyam is wife of petitioner. She has illegally detained by opposite party No.3 with minor children, petitioner nos.2 and 3.
Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party nos.1 and 10 to 12.
Issue notice to opposite party nos.3 and 4, directing them to produce the detenue Smt. Ivy Lata Bora Shyam with minor children on 01.03.2016.
