Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 has been accepted by the learned AGA.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4 returnable at an early date.
Four weeks' time is allowed for filing counter affidavit. Two weeks' time thereafter is allowed for filing rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter.
Till the next date of listing or till the submission of the Charge-sheet whichever is earlier, the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 62 of 2009, under Sections 498-A, 323, 406 and 504 IPC and 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, district Lucknow.
