JUDGMENT / ORDER

The captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Case has been filed seeking quashment of Annexure A complaint and all further proceedings pursuant thereto against the petitioner in C.C.No.45 of 2011 on the files of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Perumbavoor. The petitioner is the accused therein. After arguing for some time the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Crl.M.C. In the said circumstances, recording the said submission this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
