Petitioner has submitted Ext. P9 application before the Village Officer seeking mutation of properties belonging to him. In fact, separate application was filed before the Additional Tahsildar also. The complaint of the petitioner is that so far no action had been taken by the revenue authorities despite the application being filed on 22.5.2014. 2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext. P9 and pass appropriate orders within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
