JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Dr.Amee Yajnik appearing for Official Liquidator seeks time for presenting her written submission, on account of sickness of the Official Liquidator and urges that it is not possible for her to obtain his signature on the submission. Request is acceded to. It is being clarified that no further time shall be asked for as the matter is being adjourned time and again by the office of Official Liquidator.
The matter is adjourned to 3rd July, 2012 for the said purpose.
