Mr. Soparkar, learned senior counsel has submitted that his client has made out a cheque in favour of Employees State Insurance Corporation. The cheque was handed over to learned counsel appearing for Employees State Insurance Corporation. Learned advocate for the Employees State Insurance Corporation has submitted that in absence of any instruction or without instruction, he cannot accept the cheque. Therefore, learned senior advocate Mr. Soparkar for the petitioner has submitted that his client would forward the same directly to the corporation.
