The documentary evidence goes to show that the respondent is a teacher and he is earning Rs.47,768/- per month in the year 2016.
Hence, by way of interim relief amount is enhanced from Rs. 1,000/- per month to Rs.4,000/-per month from the date of filing of this revision. The amount be deposited on or before 17.1.2019 with arrears.
Issue fresh notice to respondent as his Advocates have not appeared today.
