JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner No. 3 Jhinnu Lal with a prayer to grant some more time to appear before the court concerned in pursuance of the order dated 25.07.2014 .
Considering the facts, circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the petitioner No. 3 Jhinnu Lal appear before the court concerned on or before 26.09.2014 the benefit of the order dated 25.07.2014 shall be extended.
Accordingly the application is disposed of.
Let a copy of this order may be given to learned counsel for the applicant today on payment of usual charges.
