JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Shri Mohd. Shakeel appearing for respondent nos.5 and 6.
In pursuance of the order dated 18.6.2010, opposite party Shri Dineshwar Pandey, Sub Inspector, Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow, has appeared.
As it comes out from the record, petitioner who happens to be an old and widow lady of 75 years has grievance against her son, respondent no.5, who as per allegation is being harassed and victimised by her son, even is being threatened to be turned out from the house which belongs to her husband.
Let counter affidavit be filed within six weeks and rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks.
In the meantime, we hereby direct that the Deputy Inspector General of Police/ Senior Superintendent of Police, Circle Officer concerned as well as Station House Officer of the Police Station Krishna Nagar and Shri Dineshwar Pandey, Sub Inspector of Police Station Krishna Nagar, who is present today before this Court, shall ensure that no untoward incident happens against the petitioner Smt. Vrinda Mishra, who shall be allowed to live peacefully in her house No.569 Gha/92Cha, Baldi Khera, Ramgarh Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. They shall also ensure that she should not be harassed or victimised in any manner by any of the respondents nos.5 to 7.
List this case in the month of August, 2010. When the case is listed next, the name of Mohd. Shakeel shall be shown as counsel for the respondents.
