The petitioners have been given the 10% allotted land in terms of the decision of the Full Bench in Gajraj and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, 2011 (11) ADJ 1.
The Greater NOIDA is now charging development charges, water charger and sewerage charges.
Petitioners are aggrieved by the demand of development charges and have filed a representation before the Chief Executive Officer of Greater NOIDA, which is pending consideration.
We dispose of the matter directing the said authority to consider and decide the petitioners' application by passing a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
