JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the material on record.
This petition has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. relating to Case Crime No. 546 of 2010, under Sections 498-A, 306 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Asiwan, District Unnao. The F.I.R. discloses commission of cognizable offence of very serious nature, therefore it cannot be quashed.
In view of the above, the petition is, therefore, dismissed. Order Date :- 28.6.2010 Mahesh
