Sri Ganga Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards order dated 17.05.2018 whereby this Court had granted three weeks' time and no more to file counter affidavits, but till date, no counter affidavits have been filed.

The opposite parties may file counter affidavits by the next date of listing and if counter affidavits are not filed by the next date of listing, the Managing Director, Pradeshiya Industrial & Investment Corporation of Uttar Pradesh Ltd., Lucknow shall appear in person on the date fixed along with record to assist the Court.
