Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent.
The present 482 petition has been filed for direction to the A.C.J.M., Room No.5, Allahabad to decide the case no. 401 of 2009 (Crime No. 488 of 2008) under sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C., P.S. Dhoomanganj, District Allahabad within the time specified by the court.
The case is of the year 2009, and this Court has no doubt that the court below shall consider and decide the case no. 401 of 2009 (Crime No. 488 of 2008) under sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C., P.S. Dhoomanganj, District Allahabad as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law after hearing the parties.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
