Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner has applied for grant of succession certificate under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 which has been registered as miscellaneous case no. 114 of 2008 (Smt. Urmila Devi Vs. Vikas Tiwari and others) pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jaunpur.
Petitioner has filed this petition for a direction upon the court concerned to decide the aforesaid misc. case within a stipulated period.
In view of the limited prayer made, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concern to decide the above misc. case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order by fixing short dates in quick succession provided there is no legal impediment in deciding it.
The benefit of this order would not be available, in case petitioner seeks unwarranted adjournments or two continuous adjournments.
Petition is disposed of.
