JUDGMENT / ORDER

This revision is directed against the order dated 27.7.2010 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) allowing the amendment application paper no.70 Ka. Against the aforesaid order prima facie petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision but his submission is that revision is not maintainable and as such order can be interfered with in writ jurisdiction.
As prayed, put up on Monday i.e. 25.10.2010 for elaborate argument as to whether against the impugned order revision is maintainable or not.
