JUDGMENT / ORDER

List of additional cause list has been revised. Learned counsel for respondent is not present.
The applicant has filed application seeking time to comply with the order of this Court dated 14.2.2020.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as stated in the affidavit filed in support of time extension application, this Court finds that cause for not depositing the money as directed by this Court vide order dated 14.2.2020 is bonafide and genuine.
Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to comply with the order of this Court dated 14.2.2020 within two weeks.
The application is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
