Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notices on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2. Issue notices to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 fixing 17th July, 2012. Steps be taken within a week. The respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date fixed.
The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that both the petitioners are major and they have married on their own free will. Age of the petitioner No.1 Twinkle Sehdevi as per her High School certificate would be over 18 years and the age of the petitioner No.2 Sachin Kumar as per his High School certificate would be over 25 years. Learned counsel for the petitioners has offered that that the petitioner No.2 Sachin Kumar is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- in the name of petitioner No.1(Twinkle Sehdevi) in fixed deposit of a nationalized bank with the conditions:
1.That said fixed deposit shall not be en-cashed before the period of three years except with the permission of the Court.
2. The deposit shall be made by the petitioner No.2 in favour of the petitioner No.1 in a nationalized bank within a period of six weeks from today.
3. On the next date fixed, the petitioner shall file photo stat copy of the receipt of fixed deposit along with an affidavit. List on 17.07.2012.
Till the next date of listing, unless any F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioners, it is expected that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners. Order Date :- 11.5.2012 Pr/-
