JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
Shri Manish Kumar, learned Advocate, who has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1 submits that he has received the instructions. He prays for and is granted two week's time to file counter affidavit to which rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week.
He further submits that he will serve the copy of the counter affidavit to the counsel for the petitioner outside the Court.
List immediately thereafter.
Till then, interim order granted earlier shall remain in operation.
