Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned AGA appearing for the State.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing the FIR registered as case crime no. 54 of 2010 under Section 363, 366, 420 and 406 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District- Bulandshahar.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4, who may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Learned AGA may also file counter affidavit within the same period. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List thereafter before the appropriate Bench.
The petitioners are directed to produce Smt. Tabassum Ibrahim before the concerned Magistrate within two weeks. The Magistrate concerned shall record her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. after intimation to the complainant.
