(Oral) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner prays for a direction to be issued to respondent no.3 to decide Case no.T20101058060003 (Amrawati vs. Satyendra Singh) filed under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act, relating to Village Kurha, Pargana Rokha, Tehsil Salon, District Raebareli.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a mutation case has been filed on the basis of Succession in 1996 wherein orders were passed on 10.6.1998 by the Naib Tehsildar. A restoration was filed by the petitioner thereafter, which has been allowed and the mutation case has been pending for the past several years.
Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to consider and decide the pending mutation case at the earliest, say within a period of eight weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
