Because of cancellation of the income certificate of the petitioner under order of the Tehsildar- Handia, District-Allahabad dated 21.01.2010 her appointment as Anganbari Karyakatri has been cancelled under the order of respondent no. 3 dated 14th June, 2010. Hence this petition. There is a serious dispute about the exact income of the petitioner and therefore such issues can be raised before the District Magistrate, Allahabad at the first instance.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation ventilating all her grievances before the District Magistrate concerned within two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. On such representation being made, the District Magistrate shall consider and decide the same by means of a reasoned speaking order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, preferably within four weeks from the date the representation is so filed.
