JUDGMENT / ORDER

After some length of argument, Sri Ajay Pratap Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
Sri R.K. Chaudhary, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Election Commission has no objection.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
