Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the respondent No. 2 to expeditiously pay the claim amount to the tune of Rs. 4,00,000/- to the petitioner along with 14% interest as agreed upon by the respondent nO. 2 as contained in Annexure No. 1.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the claim of the petitioner has been deprecated, it is open to the petitioner to seek remedy from the appropriate forum. In case the petitioner approaches the appropriate forum within 30 days from today, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
