The present correction application has been moved for correction/modification of the order dated 1o.06.2010 passed by Hon. N.A. Moonis, J.. The present correction application has been placed before this court on nomination by the Hon. Senior Vacation Judge on 22.06.2010.
Counsel for the applicant contended that applicant was challaned under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act. However, in paragraph 4 of the aforesaid order dated 10.06.2010 Section 13(2)(d) has been wrongly transcribed.
Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) are incorporated in place of Section 13(2)(d).
Accordingly, correction application is disposed of.
Let fresh copy of the order be issued on payment of usual charges.
