JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present correction application has been moved for correction/modification of the order dated 1o.06.2010 passed by Hon. N.A. Moonis, J.. The present correction application has been placed before this court on nomination by the Hon. Senior Vacation Judge on 22.06.2010.
Counsel for the applicant contended that applicant was challaned under Section 13(2) read with Section 13 (1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act. Uunder Section 13(2) has not been transcribed in paragraph 4 of the aforesaid order.
Section 13(2) is incorporated in paragraph 4 of the order before Section 13 (1)
(d).
Accordingly, correction application is disposed of.
