JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J.
The case is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for petitioners as well as Mr. H.P. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State Authorities.
The writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents to cancel the Gram Panchayat election 2021 conducted on 19.04.2021 in polling booth of Gram Sabha Khandwa, Block Rampur, Police Station and Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh in the interest of justice.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents to conduct Re-Poll of Gram Panchayat election 2021 in polling booth of Gram Sabha Khandwa, Blcok Rampur, Police Stationj and Tehsil Langanj, District Pratapgarh in the interest of justice.
(iii) to issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which deem just and proper by this Hon'ble Court in favour of the petitioners in the interest of justice."
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State Authorities informs that the Panchayat elections have been completed and final result has been declared, as such, the relief claimed by the petitioner in the writ petition cannot be granted, at this stage.
The writ petition has become infructuous due to efflux of time. It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
