This revision has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 29.04.2000 passed by Judge Family Court, Bareilly, in Case No. 732 of 1998 - Smt. Sudha Vs. Raj Kumar, under Section 125 (3) Cr.P.C, Police Station - Cantt, District ? Bareilly. The impunged order is an interlocutory order. After finalization of the proceedings, a direction was passed by the lower court that the amount deposited by the opposite party, in absence of specific judgment should be returned to him.
There appears no illegality or impropriety in the impugned judgement. Therefore, this revision is dismissed.
