Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 1 to decide the case no. T20120444237/620 Sudama Vs. Ramrati, filed U/s 34 of LR.Act pending him at the earliest.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no. 1, Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil-Alapur, Circle Ram Nagar, District-Ambedkar Nagar, is directed to consider and decide the case no. T20120444237/620 Sudama Vs. Ramrati, filed U/s 34 of LR.Act pending him, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
