JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Notice on behalf of opposite party no.1 to 3 has been accepted by the learned Standing Counsel.
Issue notice to opposite party no.4.
The detenue happens to be the married wife of Santosh Kumar -petitioner who himself has filed this petition. He claims that the detenue has been detained illegally by her parents although she is his legally married wife.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the opposite party no.4 along with the detenue shall appear before this Court on 25.2.2011.
List this petition on 25.2.2011.
