Learned counsel for petitioners appeared. Learned A.G.A. appeared for opposite party nos. 1, 2 and 3.
Heard both parties.
Opposite party no.3 is directed to file report of investigation of Case Crime No.62 of 2012, under sections 364 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Lanka, District Varanasi as well as recovery of abductive, who is corpus of present writ petition. Status report shall be filed through affidavit by opposite party no.3 within three weeks from today.
List on 11.11.2014.
Office is directed to supply a copy of this order to the learned A.G.A. by tomorrow for necessary compliance.
