Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners Smt. Soni Pal And Anr. with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned not to interfere in the peaceful living of the petitioners.
Considering the fact that in the present case no FIR has been lodged, it is directed that in case the petitioners approaches the S.P. Lucknow with regard the grievance, the same shall be considered ascertaining the fact that any FIR has been lodged in district Unnao in this regard and shall pass appropriate order so that injustice may not be done with the petitioners.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
